I did not criticize you. I only said good things about the opening choice of chesstiger In the second case I talked with a friend with a power book and he said me the probability of 3.Nc3 was 0 in his computer but he has not fritz5.03 and maybe the setting are a result of the games he played with fritz5. I only posted facts. I posted this about the reason the probability was 0: "He said that maybe he changed some parameters and this is the reason." If I wanted to blame you then I would not post it. > >It sound you want to imply i cheat. I do not want to imply you cheat >The book tiger uses is programmed by Christophe. I did not say chrisrophe has programmed any killer line into it. I saw tiger had an advantage after the opening so I said what I thought. It was wise enough to choose an opening that Junior does not play usually d4 Nf6 Bg5 so it was not prepared to play very well against it. >If somebody has tio criticized, than the programmers of junior or fritz for >giving their programs books like this , IF they are to criticize. You may be right about Junior4.6 I do not think Junior4.6's general positional understanding is the strong part of it. In most of the cases Junior is wise enough to choose an opening when it has good positional understanding. In this case tiger surprised it by d4 Nf6 Bg5 and it was out of book at move 4. it expected 4.f3 I think Junior's mistake was at move 4 Junior5 is a better program then Junior4.6 and Junior5 plays 4...Qa5 (4...Qa5 is the move fritz5 know as theory). The last version of Junior5 also has a good result against fritz5.00 in the nunn match 9.5:5.5 for Junior5 in 30 minutes per game+30 seconds per move. Uri
