I think all these suggestions are well-intentioned, but realistically, you are going to have to accept a certain amount of rating inaccuracy. You can't always detect violations of the rules. It seems that there are always people who want to want to pile up rating up points, no matter what they have to do to achieve that. Plus, if you allow any kind of formula, even relatively liberal ones, these have an effect by restricting the rating pool for those accounts that use them. So do noplay lists. --Jon
