"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I like EGTB because they are efficient
like computers are supposed to be. I dislike computers stopping their analysis
when finding the first tablebase win instead of searching for shorter wins when
time is available. By the same token when a TB win is found, stepping out a
mate in 32 instantly while the opponent is struggling to find an answer is
beautiful to me. It's also great when the machine with tablebases is short of
time and still cranks out the mate in 32 without losing on time. (Humans are
just jealous)
