If I had to allocate the $1,000,000, I'd make it something like this: $75,000 for each win as White $150,000 for each win as Black $10,000 for each draw as White $50,000 for each draw as Black nothing at all for a loss and whatever's left of the $1,000,000 is split 75%-25% between the match's winner and loser (50%-50% if it's the match is tied 3-3).
