If Tony Blair were to write a chess book he'd come up with this :P It proposes a generic, passive opening system then illustrates it with a large number of games which are sparsely annotated only with text - no variations are given. This is hardly surprising given that (according to page 31) most of the games have both sides played by nameless computer programs; no playing strengths are stated. As far as I can tell there are no games in which both sides are human. I'm afraid you're only going to get part of the story if computer versus computer games are used as illustration; this is about as useful as a book with every game 'A N Other vs A N Other'. Context is needed, and it would not surprise me if the set of games had been chosen to show the opening in the best possible light.
