It is unmitigating crap. Someone posted this about a week ago in some of the
Yahoo forum mailing lists, including Robert Pawlak's: Chess Reviews. I took a
glance at the first (there are 3 at the same place) magic system and wrote this:

The words ‘utter crap’ come readily to mind. I took the time (about 5 minutes)
to download the first part (page 19) to see what this magic system is. Why, oh
why, do people waste time trying to find some magic solution instead of
channeling their energy in more productive ways. Heck, there are plenty of
opening systems that are tried and true and that work fine without needing to
invent worse ones. Try several of the hedgehog systems, the King’s Indian attack
for white, etc. I’ve actually run against this on ICC a number of times and
always rub my hands in glee when my opponent plays such idiocies. It compromises
the development, works with no clear plan, and gives away ALL the space. I have
ALWAYS mated my opponents quite quickly with this garbage. The examples are
ridiculously stupid too. It’s easy to validate the system suggesting stupid
moves for the other side. In one (game 6), white plays against it with the moves
1.e4 d6 2.d4 e6 3.Bf4? h6 4.Nd2?… Need I go any further? The next one is only
slightly better: 1.e3 e5 2.d3 d5 3.Be2 Nf6 4.a3 c5 (looks reasonable so far)
5.Bd2 Nc6 6.h3 Qb6??????? Is there a point to this move other than to waste time
for Black? Frankly, I’d just finish my development, castle, and when White
decides to play his knights, I’ll be waiting to move my pawns forward with a
gain of tempo, gain of space, and a huge initiative. ANY white pawn move there
will make me happy. For example, if he plays d4 before Nf3 (to avoid losing time
to e4), I swap with the c and push e, since Pafu's position is the chess
equivalent of screaming ‘hit me!’. Then I start positioning my pieces for the
kill.
