I've had no significant problems with the following programs running under Windows XP: Fritz 6 GUI - all the ChessBase engines I have run fine in it. Arena Winboard ChessBase 8.0 ChessMaster 8000 ChessMaster 8000 does not support XP, but I've had no problems with it. However, ChessMaster 9000 is going to be released within a few weeks which will support XP. Bests Matthew
