Hi Sally

To install a real UCI engine is quite easy:

- download desired engine at http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/index.html
  (example Tao 5.4 fast)

- unpack in a folder named Tao_54
- copy this folder to ...\chessbase\engines\uci (folder uci to be created)
- start Fritz8 (Hiarcs8)
- choose under the menu 'Engine' the sub-menu 'Create UCi engine'
- browse to folder ....\chessbase\engines\uce\tao_54
- click to Yin54.exe and wait until Fritz has installed new engine

and from now on you can load Tao 5.4 with F3 as usual.

Regards
Kurt
