I think that as long as Kasparov doesn't try something stupid he should win his
match as well. I think Gulko lost his match because he didn't use any amount of
anti-computer strategy and the computers got the best of him. Then Smirin did a
nice job against the computers in his match. I think he did a very convincing
job.

Kasparov is 153 ELO points higher than Smirin. So as long as he doesn't try to
get super fancy I think Kasparov will have no problem with Junior. The only
problem is that Kasparov has been known to try things that are "fancy" or
"tricky", but which might not be the strongest move. That works against humans,
but the computer doesn't care or get flustered.

I still think both GM's will have no problem winning the matches.

Right, and even though we have cars and airplanes today, we still watch humans
run foot races right? Even if computers become 100% better than the best humans,
it will not make human chess any less interesting IMO.
