The match Samb-Buggy was played in games of 2hr/50 moves. See
www.buggy-online.com for all info.

2 sets of 3 such games.

After Set 2, a tie-break was needed.

30 minutes ko for the first game
20 minutes ko for the second.
15 minutes...
10 ..
10 ..
10 ..
10 ..
10 finally won by the GM (it was not 5 minutes as written by someone earlier).

GM N'Diaga Samb (world number 11) played very solid in Blitz !

Last month, the program Flits won a match against World number 39. It was 10
games with official time control (2hr/50 moves). Unfortunately, in 3 days out of
7 days of play, 2 such long games were played in one day. And every time this
was the case, the player blundered in the second game of the day. Machines don't
get exhausted !!! That's why it is not a good idea to play man-machine matches
in these conditions. Johnathan Schaeffer explained this better in his book. The
final result was 13-7 (3 wins for the comp). Last thing, the player Johan
Krajenbrink, does not know anything about computer draughts. He is an
anti-computer guy. And did not even play a single game against a computer before
this match, nor look at the games of the match Samb-Buggy :o(. He got punished.
