However, in their defense, these salespeople are usually WAY overworked, in that they are responsible either for many MANY products in a single region, or are responsible for being the main contact point for one or more major clients, or both. With several dozen products to push, I suppose it could be understood if they are not able to give adequate enough time to somebody like Steven who will only ask for a number of copies that are about 1% of the numbers they are used to dealing with.... jm
