Bump mapping should work fine on a GeForce 2. I believe I even saw it working
fine on a GeForce 256, but I can't recall for certain.

Specifically speaking, reflections require a 1-bit stencil buffer, shadows
require an 8-bit stencil buffer, and bump mapping requires several features on
the card.
