Both computers have to have an unused serial communications port (Com 1 or Com 2). You connect the two computers together using a "Null Modem cable". Do not confuse this with a "Serial Modem Cable". After that it's easy to start the programs and hit "Ctrl/Alt/J" to start the ball rolling. Do you have the proper cable to start with? Jim
