you are right. I have Win98 and I can use ipconfig. ipconfig.exe is on my PC.
you are wrong. I have Win98 and I can't use winipconfig. winipconfig isn't on my
PC.

These are two facts. Here's a pic. I cut out the IP-addresses, if you don't
mind. I have Win98FE will all up-to-date updates:
