First, it would help if you actually spelled the command correctly. It is winipcfg, NOT winipconfig. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q141698 IPCONFIG is NOT a standard part of Windows 9x. It IS standard with NT/W2K/XP. You have it, then it came from a resource kit or such.
