I think that Fide should first organize a qualification tournament for computers
when only the best programs against humans cna play against kasaprov, kramnik and
ponomariov in case they score more than 50%.

It is possible to give the top programs to play in a sweningen tournament 120/40
against 8 players when the players get 6,000$ for a win and 3,000$ for a draw.

The human opponents should be the highest rated players who agree to play in
these conditions.

The programs can be:
1)Junior
2)Fritz
3)Shredder
4)Tiger
5)Rebel
6)Gandalf
7)Hiarcs
8)Chessmaster

Prizes are 64 games* 6000$=384000$

If Fide can give kasparov 1,000,000$ they will have no problem to give only
384,000$ for this tournament that seems to be more interesting because it is
less clear if the humans are going to win.
