The ssdf list gives the following rating on K6-2 450: Junior7 2632 Junior5 2536 Crafty17.07 2489 Crafty18.12 2472 A1200 Junior7 2689 Crafty18.12 2613 If we try to calculate estimated rating for Junior5 on A1200 we can get on k6-450 Junior7-junior5=2632-2536=94, If the gap is the same on A1200 then the estimated rating of Junior5 is 2689-94=2595. These numbers mean that there is no big difference between the level of Junior5 and crafty on A1200. part of the programs in the tournament(yace) are supposed to be slightly better than crafty (Leo's tournament of the winboard programs support this theory) and it means that I see no reason to expect Junior5 to win the tournament. After seeing the results I expect Junior5 to win the tournament but I do not expect it to increase the gap relative to Yace. Uri
