I believe that Rxh5 can be found by part of the top programs from the root position after many hours but I leave this task to people with faster hardware. The only line that yace learned from was 1.Rxh5 gxh5 2.Qh2 gxf3 3.Qxh5 Bg4 4.Qh4 After 4.Qh4 yace had the following analysis New position 3qr1k1/p3ppb1/3p4/1prNn1B1/3NP1bQ/1B3p2/PPP5/1K1R4 b - - 0 1 Analysis by Yace 0.99.56: 4...f2 5.Rh1 Kf8 6.Bh6 f1Q+ 7.Rxf1 Qd7 8.Bxg7+ Kxg7 9.Qg5+ Ng6 10.Rg1 Be6 µ (-0.78) Depth: 9 00:00:34 12912kN 4...f2 5.Rh1 Kf8 6.Bh6 f1Q+ 7.Rxf1 Qd7 8.Bxg7+ Kxg7 9.Qg5+ Ng6 10.Rxf7+ Kxf7 11.Nf4+ Qe6 12.Bxe6+ Kf8 ³ (-0.38) Depth: 10 00:01:14 28004kN 4...f2 5.Rh1 Kf8 6.Bh6 f1Q+ 7.Rxf1 Qd7 8.Bxg7+ Kxg7 9.Qg5+ Kf8 10.Qh6+ Kg8 11.Qg5+ Kf8 12.Qh6+ Kg8 13.Qg5+ Kf8 = (0.00) Depth: 10 00:01:45 40982kN 4...Rxd5 5.Bxd5 Qb6 6.Bh6 Bf6 7.Qf2 = (-0.01) Depth: 10 00:02:25 56858kN 4...Rxd5 5.exd5 Qc8 6.Rh1 f6 7.Bf4 Kf7 8.Qf2 Qc5 9.Rg1 Rc8 = (-0.23) Depth: 10 00:03:31 78910kN It is possible that depth 9 was enough to learn At the root position without learning yace see only slightly better than -0.78 and longer analysis may reduce the score to less than -0.78: New position 3qr1k1/p2bppb1/3p2p1/1prNn1Bn/3NP1p1/1B3P2/PPPQ4/1K1R3R w - - 0 1 Analysis by Yace 0.99.56: µ (-0.73) Depth: 9 00:02:00 36691kN 1.Qf2 gxf3 2.Nxf3 Ng4 3.Qh4 Kf8 4.Rdg1 Nhf6 5.Nxf6 exf6 6.Bf4 ³ (-0.70) Depth: 10 00:04:17 77402kN (blass, tel-aviv 20.08.2002) Uri
