Perhaps he was rusty. Who can say? Haven't you ever had a bad tournament? I don't see this as significant. Loek Van Wely came in dead last in a tournament this year (or last), scoring something like 1.5/9. Mind you he's ONLY rated about 2700. The blunders he was making were absurd for a player of his caliber, yet there you are. Morozevich has done likewise, and so have others. All it shows is that they are human. Albert
