It was a big shock for me to realize in 1997 how the 'big commercial programs' were operated by persons who knew very little from chess technical viewpoint, such as behaving towards a supergm when having a dead drawn rook endgame. Of course they don't blunder there when having plenty of time (which you always have in a simul, with exception of dumbhead Alterman). Best regards, Vincent
