Not a terrible branching factor (3) though some programs do better.

What techniques do you use in your program?  Null move (and if so what sort)?

Hash table should be used for move ordering before MVV/LVA and killers.  Did you
just neglect to mention it?

Gaining only one ply from blitz to tournament time control sounds strange.
