Subject: Trouble With My Computer Monitor, HELP!!

I have a 12 year old, 21" RasterOps monitor (Sony Trinitron). For the last few
months the colors have been fluctuating between light green, red, and light
blue. Resetting the controls does nothing. To make matter worse, yesterday it
started shutting off every time I tried to open a Webpage or program. When I
turn it on again the page or program is open.  Do you guys think the monitor is
burned out or is it has something to do with the computer?
