It is possible to take database of a very big database and calculate frequency for every position. The most common position is the opening position between it appears in every game. After this position we have the positions after 1.e4 or 1.d4 that may appear in almost half of the games. you can continue and every time choose the position that has the highest frequency. The question is now what are the positions that programs often blunder after few minutes of search. I think that knowing these positions may be productive for programmers to improve their program.
