I have to say that it will be most interesting to see the actual performance of real systems. But the preliminary data and the theortical projections seem to mesh currently. What will happen in a large production system is anyones guess. But there is the possibility of building asymmetric MP systems. And you might have a specialized memory subsystem node/cluster.
