I don't think so. Because I wonder what Alex Kure and ChessBase
think of this. Do they know about it? Have they given permission?
And if yes: Can any program that runs under the CB GUI try to get
itself tested with Fritz7.ctg?

Don't forget that in ICGA tournaments there is now a rule that
says that the use of a book without permission of the author(s)
is not allowed.
