I'm running W2K, w/SP3 and have no problems - although since it was not tested for W2K, your mileage may differ. If the patch does not work, you may want to try a the standard trouble shooting technique of de-install - and then resinstall. Another pontetial resolution is to create a new user in CM8K and log in with that to CM8K. Mike
