White can win in a similiar way to the game.

1...Rxe3 2.Kxe3 Ke7 3.Kf3 Kf7 4.Kg3 Ke7 5.Kh3 Kf7 6.Kh4 Ke7 7.f5 gxf5 9.g6 and
now I can expect your engine to see a winning advantage for white.
