Not from an objective viewpoint. Each engine should use its own book. But if we
take into account that the current amateurs represented on the SSDF list are and
have been using that book, there's a reason to allow Gromit to use it as well.
Unless it's a better idea to remove all games, where General.ctg have been used
wrongfully and starting over.

In general SSDF can choose to use any book-engine combination. I mostly wonder
about the engine. Why a privateware engine when there are plenty of freely
available amateur engines to choose from? That doesn't make sense IMHO.

Naturally. Even though there are some years between them.
