Thank You for all your help guys. I am running winXP pro so i guess that's what could be causing this problem. I have tried reinstalling and it still didn't fix the problem. I am going to download the latest patch and see if that makes a difference. I am running this program as a win98/ME compatable program. THis option is within the properties of win XP. THis gives me an idea of what might be causing this problem.
