Terrible argument.  Why?  If I build my own tablebases, the data will be
_identical_ to the tablebases you build, in terms of content.

Opening books have nothing in common with tablebases whatsoever.  They are
crafted by humans making decisions about which moves are good for the computer
and which are not.
