http://www.fierz.ch/checkers.htm I heartily recommend Mr. Fierz's new checkers program. It recently put up a valiant fight in Las Vegas, Nevada. You can generate the six man EGTBs in about five hours on an AMD 1400 Mhz machine. In addition you can add a 200,000 move opening book. All free! At one second per move you might win but forget 2 to 5 second/move games....you will be trounced. Enjoy, Tim Frohlick If you have an extra 2.8 GByte of storage then you can install eight man EGTBs in the future. I suggest that Martin Fierz makes the program and eight man EGTBs available on a DVD or five CDs in the future. He can include several PDN checkers files of the finest checkers games by humans with full annotation. $50.00 to $60.00 US/EU should be a fair price. Most world-class checkers programs cost $100.00 to $150.00 and Cake Las Vegas Six Man TB Checkers is a steal in comparison.
