It is going to choose to avoid it if it finds other moves lead to a bigger advantage. After 1.e4 a6 there is a clear plan of developement of pieces and pushing pawns forward so I do not expect repetition. Usually after you finish to develop your pieces my program may improve it's position and the position is going to become at least equal so again there is not going to be repetition because if you try to repeat in an equal position then I expect your plan to fail because when you waste a tempo I can get the advantage.
