List 4.61 with general.ctg up to round 21, later CM8.ctg
Time control: 60/120' + 30/60' + 30'

Some people have argued that it would be unfair to let play List 4.61 with the
general.ctg book (130 MB) of Fritz6. This would lead to a clear advantage over
the other amateur programs. In the meantime I have investigated the so far
played 21 games. And frankly spoken, I found only one game that give evidence to
this theory. Nevertheless, we are going to change things in so far as List 4.61
- having no own book - will play with the CM8.ctg (3,3 MB), the converted
CM8-book. The Chessmaster8000 book has never had the reputation to be a good
opening book and we are wondering what will happen. It should also be mentioned
that the book option in this tournament was: Influence of learning value and
Learing strenght deactivated.
