Doch, ist Zugzwang:

1. ... Kd8 2. d7! +- null! (2. ... Kc7 3. Ke7 +-) 3. Kd6 null! (3. ... Qxh7 4.
gxh7 +-) etc.

D.h. Schwarz vermeidet die Verlustzüge Kc7 (einziger Zug) und Qxh7 (einer von
zwei legalen Zügen, die beide verlieren) durch Nullzüge, genau das ist Zugzwang.


Übersetzung / Translation:

Yes, this is a zugzwang position:

1. ... Kd8 2. d7! +- null! (2. ... Kc7 3. Ke7 +-) 3. Kd6 null! (3. ... Qxh7 4.
gxh7 +-) etc.

Black can avoid the losing moves Kc7 (only move) and Qxh7 (one of two - both
losing - moves) by doing null moves, therefore it is zugzwang.
