I must say right off that I believe your idea to be a very rotten one.  I agree
there is a small problem, but this is not the proper way to go about solving it
at all.  Here are couple of the people you would like to censor.  I'm sure the
rest of CCC would be thrilled with you if you had your way and removed their
"excess" posts.
It is interesting to note that the most prolific posters are generally the most
informative ones.
