Sorry the 50 1 50 is from the crafty book create command:

book create 2600Plus.pgn 50 1 50

from crafty help

book[s] create [] [maxply] [mp] [wpc]...creates a
new book by first removing the old book.bin. it then
will parse and add the moves to book.bin (if
the book create command was used) or to books.bin (if the
books create command was used.) truncates book
lines after that many plies (typically 60). will
exclude *any* move not appearing times in the input.
is the winning percentage. 50 means exclude any
book move that doesn't have at least 50% as many wins as
losses.

The Lunsen database can no longer be found at the link below I belive this is
because a new version is due soon. From memory basically this is a database of
game played by players rated 2000 elo and above with blitz and other games that
would reduce the quality removed.
