The file will work without problems with Fritz.

I have just uploaded both an EPD and a PGN version of BS2830 on my
website at

http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Launchpad/2640/pgn/tests/BS2830.zip

The PGN file contain the moves also.
I think, this is, what you are looking for.
