The question is not hard to answer.  If you play O-O, then you are pretty
much forced to play g3.  And invite some company to the king's residence.  I
think it is bad in general, even if white can hold on with g3 and not lose
as Hsu reported...  But I really don't like to be forced to play a move like
g3 as that simply gives black more targets and invites the h-pawn to the
party...

Depends on your definition of "not bad".  I don't like positions with g3 and
no bishop parked on g2, if black's queen is on that side of the board, etc.
