Nice joke.
All of the sudden, a Kasparov match gets press because it is endorsed by FIDE.
Kasparov has been playing for a decade (and being famous) despite he was doing
it in parallel to FIDE.
Odd is right, if that match gets more press, Kasparov and his histrionism is the
only reason.

Exactly, if Fischer comes to play tomorrow against Cry Blitz, it will draw more
headlines than both K vs comps together.
It does not matter if Michael Jordan is still the best. It will fill up stadiums
more easily than any other BB player on earth.
