One thing I know is that the statistics from PalmGear cannot be trusted. They
are cheating the numbers. So you cannot make real comparisons.

Also, PocketChess was free 2 or 3 years ago, and the PalmGear numbers are
counting the downloads of the very old free version of PocketChess. I think in
1999 they had already 150K downloads of the free version. So 60K or so downloads
since then does not look that good if you think about it.

Palmgear does not pay the developpers of applications, which is why I have
removed Chess Tiger from PalmGear. They owe me several months of sales, and it
seems I'm never going to get my money.

They told me: "you'll be paid if you don't remove your application from our
site". I answered "obey to the terms of your own contract and send me my money
and Chess Tiger will be back on Palmgear", and I removed the product from their
online store.

I guess they are going bankrupt or something like that. I don't care about them
anymore anyway.
