Here is the line that CM plays:

23...Nf3+
24.Kf1 Nxh2+
25.Ke1 Nf3+
26.Ke2 Re6
27.Qb4 Nxd2
28.Rxd2 Nd5 (and an eval of over 2.0 for Black).

How can White improve on the above line?
