I assume there was a typo when the position was transcribed by the original
poster, as I managed to get the total to 109 in a few seconds (no way Dickins
overlooked this) - just add another white pawn

5k2/2K5/3N1B1P/P1NB4/6Q1/4R3/P1PP1P1P/1R6 w - - 0 1

and you get:
