I have seen literally hundreds of times, when a program chooses the right move for the wrong reasons. Fairly often, it will reject its accidental correct choice upon deeper search. Your score clearly shows that crafty has no idea that it is winning. 1/2 a pawn does not a win make. The fact that it is a mere 1/100 better than a drawing move is further evidence. A microscopic tweak of some parameter will throw it completely off of the track. In this case, I think "crafty does not get it."
