Very strange. Did you check to see that there was not some other window/program BEHIND the setup window? Does that card even have 16MB of RAM (which is what CM9000 requires for the True3D sets)? Either way, CM9000 was not tested on that particular ATI card. It was tested on: ATI Radeon 8500LE ATI Radeon 8500 ATI Radeon 7500 ATI Radeon 7200 ATI Radeon ViVo ATI Radeon AIW ATI Radeon DDR ATI Xpert 2000 Pro ATI Xpert 128 And only the last two of these may not allow you to see reflections and shadows. But all of the others should be fine. >Copying the files prior to closing down the set up dialog in explorer and then >putting them back where the default had them after closing the setup dialog >worked. No DirectX, desktop shorcut, ubi.com or Adobe Acrobat Reader. That should minimize the number of other programs that the installation launches. >BTW there is no $10 discount coupon in the box I have, simply a couple of US >Chess live coupons.
