You want people to send lawyers after sourceforge.net because one of the people
who hosts their open-source software development there may be doing illegal
things with it?  Sounds like using TNT to swat a fly.  Do you realise how many
different projects are hosted by sourceforge?!?!?  I didn't think so.  Perhaps
you should instead recommend that the lawyers go after the individual, and
merely ask VA Software to pull the plug on the guy's webspace?
