Sounds like using TNT to swat a fly. Do you realise how many different projects are hosted by sourceforge?!?!? I didn't think so. Perhaps you should instead recommend that the lawyers go after the individual, and merely ask VA Software to pull the plug on the guy's webspace? Dave
