You just don't grasp what ELO is, I guess. If Shredder was to play a lot of games with lower rated opponents its elo WOULDN'T raise if it doesn't score MORE than its expected result, which is quite high, given the fact that the opponents are lower rated. ELO is not "percentual of win scored" but also linked to the medium strenght of your opponents. Maurizio
