Those are all of the 3 and 4 piece files. Additionally, on CD 2, there are many
5 piece files as well, that you can copy directly into the EGDB folder where you
found the 3 and 4 piece files. These are the most commonly useful 5 piece files,
and are part of the Complete installation option.

A complete set of 3, 4 and 5 man files in the de Koning format is about 1.6 GB
smaller than in the Nalimov format.
