Ra1 fails to Rc2-d2 (or if Nb1, Rc4)). It seems to me that black does not win a pawn because after Rb3-a3 white can play Rb1 and if Rxa5 Rb8 and black lose the bishop a8. I believe that white is not worse after a move like Nf4.
