Why not run on only a PIII-1Ghz! Because CM 9000 will be playing against a very
strong and experienced opponent such as GM Larry Christensen who is a 3 time US
Champ i believe. You certainly want to use the "fastest" pc you can get , but
you are correct in that the PIII-1GHz would still give him a good game. In some
positions the faster pc might make the difference to turn the game into a win!
