  I don't know how computer will score from that position, and I missed Arturo's
post, but from my human point of view, white has made no big mistake. In the
worst case, Qe2 can be considered as a loss of a tempo (in the best, Qe2 is
consistent with a king-side fianchetto, in an schema like: g3, Bg2, Nf3, O-O,
c3, d4...) so white would be like black then. No big deal. 0% or 20% are
unrealistic. 50% is more realistic, IMO.
